MISSION STATEMENT

At Navy to Navy Homes, we are family oriented and all part of the same team. Our Leadership is here to support each and every agent so they can do their jobs to the fullest. As all members of the same team, we support each other to the fullest extent to help one another reach our individual and team goals. We ensure you are a good fit to our culture and assign new agents mentors to help them every step of the way.

Our team is led by a 24 year military veteran who believes in serving others. He is a licensed FL Realtors Instructor. He is a distinguished leader in our Real Estate Industry and has served on the Board of Directors at FL Realtors, NEFAR, and our local realMLS. He is just as influential in the Property Management community and has served in leadership positions in our local, state and national NARPM chapters. He is sought our around the state and nation to teach other realtors, brokers, and property managers and continues to be featured on industry leader panels on a variety of subjects. The best part is…he is in the office every day and is always just a call or text away from his agents.

We aren’t looking for just any agent to join our team…we are looking for “the right” agents!
